Restore purchases

Open the store screen in the app and use the restore option if a previous purchase is not showing correctly.

No audio

Check your device volume, silent mode, and in-app audio toggles. Some haptics may still work even when sound is muted.

Progress issues

If progress does not resume correctly, mention the chapter and the last scene you reached in your support email.
